Abstract:

Currently, organizations working in the sphere of consumer services are experiencing considerable difficulties and need additional support from the various regulatory institutions. According to the author, this problem can be solved with the help of self-regulatory organizations. This role should be performed by the existing business associations in Russia. The article examines the mechanism of self-regulation, its infrastructure and development conditions.
