Abstract:

Percentage of application of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in Russia is quite low. This is due to the fact that the concept itself is only a general approach to the problem, but even so an uncertainty remains when choosing efficiency indicators and determining their optimal values. The article examines a new approach to solving this problem, involving the use of innovation, which reveals a number of efficiency parameters and their optimal values.
