Abstract:

The article examines the correlation between macroeconomic policies pursued by the monetary authorities in the USA since the early 80-ies of the XX century to the present time, and risks of the financial system, which eventually led to the crisis. The author analyzes the essence of innovative tools and their impact on the development of the crisis.
