Abstract:

This article investigates the activities of the state support of small innovative enterprises, aimed at improving the sustainability of the companies in early stages of development. We have substantiated the allegation that the best way to support small business is by a state means for the improvement of regional innovation environment. The material used on the promotion of regional investment projects and is designed for all readers of the magazine.
