Abstract:
Anti-crisis state programs primarily are focused on the overall support of the financial sector of the economy. The main contradiction of the anti-crisis policy is the increasing gap between financial and real capital. Fictitious capital has become more attractive than transactions in the real economy, and today it has begun its autonomous movement. According to the author, the purpose of state crisis management programs should be a simultaneous development of fictitious and real capital.
