Abstract:

The author proves the role of pricing policy of the state in the educational services of higher education. We study its main directions on the example of Russia and other countries. It reflects current trends in the price policy of the state and universities in the market in Russia: lack of a uniform methodology for determining the price levels of education, cost character of determining the price for training in high school; monopolistic tendencies in the market of educational services, comparable prices of Russian universities to the prices in the world universities, the presence of anti-crisis measures for the support of universities. The publication is made for people working in tertiary education, readers who are interested in improving the education sphere in Russia.
