Assessment of managerial effectiveness of any subject usually raises a lot of questions. Methods used in theory and in practice are rather general and are not properly elaborated. Accordingly, there is a need to define criteria for assessing effectiveness of management systems at both the enterprise and department levels. The author suggests to do this by means of applying the integral coefficient.
