Abstract:
The concept of company management focused on maximizing its market value has shown to be ineffective in the global financial and economic crisis. The new concept of company management can be formulated as management oriented on development and growth of its fundamental value. The main factor forming the fundamental value of the company is its competitiveness, the growth factors of which are investment activity, financial stability and investment attractiveness.
