Abstract:

Modern approach to the quality management system (QMS) at an enterprise involves improving the company’s management as a whole. According to the ISO 9004:2000 standard, in order to run the company successfully a systematic and obvious management is needed. In other words, introduction of modern standards of ISO 9000 means not only producing quality products, but also achieving such management level, which will guarantee the production output of the required quality.
