The article studies globalization problems as an inevitable result of the global economy evolution and intensification of microeconomic relations. As the global market is being formed and transnational corporations begin to prevail, position of the nation states as participants in the economic process becomes weaker. The ways to neutralize the negative impact of TNCs on the national economies of the host countries the authors see in strengthening the legislative regulation of activities of transnational corporations.
