Abstract:

Development of intellectual components becomes a factor, indicator, and the result of the development of the country or region. Intellectual resources are the resources of development, and maturity of management processes determines the rate of development.. The author identified signs of comparison of intangible and material resources available in the region's economy, allowing more deeply to discover the essence of intellectual resources.
