The article deals with the theory and practice of business process reengineering in the company (on the example of medical organizations), which is an innovation in relation to healthcare industry. It highlights the practical experience of successful implementation of process approach in management, development of patterns and rules of business processes. It determines the conditions for improving the management system based on the development of business processes, which is most important in crisis situations.
