Abstract:
The article considers the current state of the baking industry in the Krasnodar Region and presents the main indicators of bread and bakery products manufacturing in the region. The author examines the structure of the baking industry in 2007 from the position of organizational and legal forms of management. The author assesses the industry’s efficiency taking into consideration the correlation between the indicators of product sales proceeds and profitability of sales.
