The work considers the fundamentals of forming financial infrastructure for small business enterprising in modern Russia. Importance of commercial banks, other finance and credit institutions, establishments for the state financial support of small business and microfinancial institutions is emphasized among the other major elements of the infrastructure. The author proves the necessity of the further development of the microfinancial sector.
