Abstract:

The mechanism of the federal program of housing supply for young families is to provide state support through the provision of grants. The calculation of their size, as well as the cost of habitation is based on the normative value of 1 square. m. In the Republic of Tatarstan to date the objective conditions have been created for reducing the cost of habitation for the program participants. As a result, in addition to improving habitation affordability, it will allow more efficient use of budgetary funds.
