Abstract:

The author presents classification of positive and negative points of automobilization of the population which can be done by means of national production and import of cars. He formulates the ways to satisfy the needs of the population in cars and reveals the necessity to estimate the expediency of increase in number of cars from the ecological, social and economic points of view.
