Abstract:
There are many traditional systems of assessments of the enterprise activities but even those based on the non-financial showings focus only on the cost reduction, quality improvement and lead time reduction. Unlike such assessment systems the Balanced Scorecard gives an insight into the most significant parameters, which enable to discover the inner reserves for the efficient functioning of the company.
