Russian enterprises have a need for investments from Russian and foreign investors. In order to attract them, more favorable conditions should be built up in Russia rather than in other countries. By means of investment policy supporting innovation projects, the Government can have a favorable influence on acceleration of the scientific-and-technical progress for the sake of increase in production volume and solution of many social problems.
