In the article it is proved that in conditions of the current depression which is the precursor of the post-industrial civilization revolution, producers of strategic commodity (diamonds and brilliants)on the basis of the latter need to launch production of the derivative financial instruments. In order to finance the commodity production it is recommended to start realizing the instruments as the investment assets in the financial markets and as the loan guarantee in the banking sphere.
