Abstract:
A study of consumer behaviour of the different population groups in the market of medical services is presented in the article. In the course of this research made by anonymous questioning, it was established that the attitude of citizens to health services, consumption motives, the level of demand on services differ depending on demographic, social and economic characteristics. The obtained results present an interest for developing the marketing strategy for the health protection institutions.
