Abstract:

Business enterprise on its way from trading to influential industrial and financial enterprise changed its substance, structure and functions and has always been the catalyst of changes in economy. Defining the cyclic development by its innovations, business enterprise brings the market to the higher steps of development and provides it with new qualitative characteristics.
