This article is dedicated to potential possibilities of widening of business and private enterprise sphere in Kyrgyzstan. There are shown modern condition of business and private enterprise in the country and their role in Kyrgyz economy. The author’s researches show that their influence can be increased at the expenses of privatization of government functions on providing services. The author’s recommendations are in conform to general governmental line on reforming of government management system.
