Transnationalization of capital, despite the contradictions within this process, continues to evolve expanding and changing its geography and transforming its shape. These noticeable changes refer to not only quantitative aspect of the process but to a greater extent they are reflected in the qualitative changes which will determine the processes of transnationalization in the XXI century.
