The development level of small business plays an increasingly significant role in the modern economic system of management. Despite adverse economic conditions, small business is gradually strengthening its positions in many regions of our country. At the same time, the level of small business development in the economic system is clearly insufficient, both in terms of requirements of the transitional period, and also from the standpoint of the prospects for a rational market economy pattern.
