The article analyzes the main methods and ways of internationalization and integration of stock markets. The author examines such methods as establishment of subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, mutual listing, online trading, depository receipts and exchange alliances. A special attention has been paid to stock exchange alliances and mergers of exchange floors as the utmost form of the stock markets integration.
