Abstract:
This article analyzes the relatively new for the Russian scientific literature notion «transparency». The author reveals the contents of transparency, marks out forms of transparency in company activity. Author focuses on the contradictoriness of transparency as a factor of competitiveness of the company even for the model of developed market economy.
