This article is devoted to prospects of Russian market of assets securitization in the context of global financial crisis. The author describes the technologies which can help companies in need of investment, and banks issuing mortgages and other loans, to reduce their risks to a minimum. Thus alongside with own actives of bank or the enterprise, sources of cheap investment there are means pension and insurance funds. But there is one problem: the imperfection of Russian legislation.
