The ongoing construction is based on economic feasibility (business plans and other documents), developed in the pre-crisis period. The article outlines the conceptual provisions that justify the expediency of changing the current approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of revised business plans, as well as identify the lower limits of the profitability of projects.
