Abstract:

The general vector of transformations institution of property in the information-networked economy is studied. Three modes of ownership of information resources depending on their availability for a wide range of economic agents have been identified. The objective reasons for the donation of information resources on the Internet are named. It is proved that the relationship between the structure and modes of ownership are changed by extending the scope and raise of the significance of public property under the conditions of information and network economy
