Abstract:

The role of the system of state strategic management (SSSM) in innovative anti-recession development of entrepreneurship in Russia is specified. In the present conditions of economic turbulence, the SSSM should be focused on supporting and developing such mesoeconomic functional systems as nano-bio-clasters, built on the principles of nano-bio-economy and cluster logic.
