Abstract:

The author has developed an economic and mathematical model for determining optimal construction periods of residential eco-buildings. The model has been implemented for optimizing the solution of three interrelated construction tasks of different levels as for the duration of the construction works (separate works, separate objects of eco-real estate, eco-complex in general). The economic and mathematical model created for a certain eco-building reflects the dependence of expenses on the construction period with account of the economic factors influencing the solution of the task. Minimum of all costs born by the contractor in the course of works was taken as a criterion of the optimal model.
