Abstract:

An important feature of the economic development of countries in the early XXI century is in the transition from an industrial to a postindustrial economy. The emergence of postindustrial society is due to the formation of a single global information space based on the Internet, the widening process of informatization, globalization and virtualization in all spheres of economy, creation of an international market information and management. This article focuses on new forms of organization and management, where advanced communications and information technology are widely used – virtual corporations.
