Abstract:

The Article is devoted to the organization of configuration management in the process of innovation activity from the birth of the innovative idea to serial production of a new product. Configuration management is intended to ensure the relationship of each stage of innovative activity, timely making all the necessary changes that will allow to reduce time for development of a new product and to ensure quality control of the created product. The effectiveness of the configuration management can be achieved through the observance of some rules presented in this article.
