Abstract:

The article deals with the problem of innovative management related to the preparation and organization of technological innovation production. It describes the current expert and test method of evaluation of maturity of a technology that is included in the final product. It marks out the necessity of timely assessment of production maturity level (PML) which can significantly reduce the risks associated with the introduction of innovative technologies. The article describes the PML system.
