Abstract:

The article deals with the issue of improving the foreign economic activity of the Bryansk region through its state regulation. This study will be of interest to entrepreneurs-exporters, investors who want to invest in export-oriented production, as well as government officials engaged in state regulation of foreign economic activity. The article presents an analysis of state regulation of foreign economic activity in the Bryansk region, a list of legal acts related to its regulation. In addition, the study presents data on the volume of foreign trade in the region with the analysis of foreign trade turnover, exports, imports, and balances. Also, a SWOT analysis of foreign economic activity was conducted; problems were identified; the strategic goal and tasks for their elimination were presented; and specific recommendations and author's suggestions for improving the situation were developed.
