Abstract:

Analysis of the public-private partnership is conducted in this article. The identification of the public-private partnership structure and the necessity of its formation should contribute to the development of common theoretical approaches to understanding and definition of the basic principles that will allow to provide the promotion of socio-economic development at the micro level, meso level and macro level through the development of three-tier system of public-private partnership and implementation of joint projects in the regions of the country.
