Abstract:

In the article, with the comparative analysis of the regional approach to the identification and analysis of the performance of schools operating in adverse social conditions, we substantiate the specificity of evaluation procedures Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra. The analysis of the formation of a regional system of integrated assessment of socio-economic contexts of the school from 2012 to 2019 revealed the basic principles of the evaluation – openness (predominant use of open data), relativity (the valuation indicators from the achieved minimum and maximum values for the totality of the assessment), goal setting (the inclusion of assessment indicators, take socio-professional community of Ugra as relevant). The advantages of using as performance indicator the activities of the school of integral index – the index of educational outcomes. Formulated proposals for the development of regional research on contextualization the assessment of the quality of education, including the specifics of the Northern territories.
