Abstract:

The article is devoted to the search of ways to improve the warehouse logistics in LLC Vostok – Service – Kuzbass with lean production methods. We considered the possibility of tools and methods of lean production application to improve the efficiency of the organization, on the basis of generalization of the theoretical foundations of lean production concepts and analysis of the current state of individual elements of warehouse logistics in the enterprise. The shortcomings are identified; and the measures to eliminate them in order to achieve the goal of the study are proposed.
