Abstract:

The Article analyzes the state of regional innovative development in the Republic of Moldova. It is proposed to level the revealed imbalance and fragmentation of this process by adapting the theories of regional growth to the conditions of the Republic. The universities located in the peripheral regions of the country are considered as " growth poles "
