Abstract:

Research of particularities of the project approach application in modern business realities is caused by necessity of both support of current level and increase of the viability level of the enterprise. On the basis of the analyzed business experience and analysis of existing standards and methods of project management, the author identified a problem that is overlooked by a significant number of both professional practitioners and experienced theorists. The article substantiates one of the key problems of the project approach and offers ideas for its prevention. The work is aimed at finding support in the scientific community, in order to continue to develop the problem and find ways to solve it. The article will be of interest to managers of organizations, project customers, project organizations and other professional participants of various business spheres.
