Abstract:

The issues of priority development of the Russian economy are being actively investigated by Russian academic economists. Modern economic challenges determine the need to search for sources of innovative growth and ways of technological development, which confirms the relevance of this study, since all the goals and priorities of development should be reflected in the relevant regulatory documents, strategic programs, operational development plans and other documents that set the vector of movement. The aim of the work is to analyze the priorities of innovative and technological development of the domestic economy. The present study was based on the application of the methodology of the theory of management of complex economic systems, as well as the methodology of organizational design and development in conjunction with the analysis of the results of the study of modern scientific thoughts and authoritative opinions of leading scientists-economists on the substance of the identified problems. The methodological tools were scientific and theoretical research methods, namely the method of analysis, synthesis method, classification method, generalization method, comparison method within the framework of the system approach. The analysis of the most important barriers and priorities of innovative and technological development of the domestic economy is made. The conceptual foundations of innovative and technological development of the national economy are studied.
