Abstract:

The article analyzes the experience of the world's leading companies and the results of research of the major universities and consulting companies in the digital ecosystem management. The features of the new model of cooperation are highlighted. The most common types of ecosystems and factors determining the choice of ecosystem type are identified. The integration mechanisms of the companies, including trust management in the platform, are identified. The rules of ecosystem construction and management are proposed. This analysis will contribute to a more informed choice by Russian companies of effective tools for building digital platforms in Russia.
