Abstract:

The authors of the article review and analyse the risk management system of the commercial service of the Kazakhstan mining enterprise using the process approach. The stages of working with the risk level assessment are presented. The stage of risk analysis is described in more detail, since it is often given less attention in enterprises than it is required. In conclusion, the shortcomings of the existing system are described; and general recommendations for optimizing the system are given.
