Abstract:
The author presents peculiarities of forming an innovative environment in Japan. Main conclusions from positive experience of development of the state system of innovative activity regulation in Japan, formulates the conception of science parks and the role of the country in formation of costs on R&D are formulated. This experience will be useful for application in Russian economy.
