Abstract:

The article discusses the main factors affecting the sustainable development of the enterprise. As the review of modern Russian literature has shown, the problem of sustainable development is currently not given enough attention, and therefore the authors have analyzed and refined models of crisis management, which would ensure the company's strong growth in the future. The result of the study was a consolidated set of models of crisis management, which were based on generally recognized models, supplemented and refined by the authors in quantitative and qualitative assessment.
