Mkrtumova Anait Arkadevna – (The St. Petersburg State University of Economics)
A variety of transformations taking place in the modern world, mainly associated with the active introduction of highly intelligent technologies in our lives, have significantly exacerbated the problem of reducing the labor market. The article highlights some of the author’s assumptions about the future of the personnel sphere of the Russian economy. The object of the study is the labor market. The speed of current progress has led to a large number of changes in both the social and economic spheres of our lives, while in the past the pace of progress has been much slower, allowing for the gentlest adaptation to the new conditions of development. The situation has changed in recent decades. Today, machines compete with humans on an almost equal footing. Here it is meant that actively created artificial intelligence, which in the future can completely replace human labor. Whether robots will be able to solve all the questions is still a mystery. The author puts forward some assumptions about what competencies a person should have in order to find a place in a dynamic digital environment. The methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, as well as some elements of the resource approach were used for the study, with the help of which the main conclusions about the possibility of simultaneous existence of man and machines in a constantly changing innovative environment were made
Highlights:
. Rapid technological development has determined the direction of the vector side to the most relevant, in the author’s opinion, the problem associated with the devastation of the labor market. This problem is the most important and relevant because we can assume that in the next decade we will see a significant contraction of the labor market, where it won’t be so easy for a person to find his place. Now this topic is becoming increasingly popular and discussed at forums, conferences, as well as in expert communities
