Abstract:

An influence of barriers of realization of a competitive strategy on processes of implementation of innovative management technologies and achievement of key efficiency indicators are considered. A mechanism of emergence of hidden “points of discontinuity” in a company due to imperfection of business processes is shown as exemplified by an engineering and manufacturing subsystem. Instruments of “direct” and “reverse” cascading, which allow to develop a management system with reverse connections, eliminating losses in information channels and forestalling appearance of the points of discontinuity are proposed for the purpose of efficiency increase of strategic goals achievement.
