Abstract:

The dominant trend in the activity of small enterprises – shadow economic activity (TED) is revealed and their regularity is substantiated. It is shown that the main feature of the functioning of the shadow economic activity in modern Russia is their rapid and practically uncontrolled development in breadth and depth.
