Abstract:

The article describes the process of development of the business sector of the Sverdlovsk region. The evolution of the development of networks and macroeconomic processes, as well as the process of networking of the economy (on the example of the economy of the region – Sverdlovsk region) is revealed. A model of the system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the business network, as well as a model of the ratio of the effectiveness of network interaction and a balanced scorecard, is introduced. Justifications for indicators of structural and managerial characteristics of the network are found. Approbation of the developed technique on the basis of its implementation in business networks "Titan", LLC "Pleyada" and "Tool Centre Magnet" has been conducted. A hypothesis about the dynamics of the network performance is proposed and experimentally substantiated.
