Abstract:

The level of human resources health can be attributed to the qualitative indicators characterizing the security of production personnel. Problems of industrial regions, including human-made problems usually entail an increase in mortality of the population of working age, the increase in the number of accidents and occupational diseases. In the article, confronting the mining and industrial regions challenges and opportunities for reducing the volume of contaminants entering the environment, improve working conditions, improve the quality of life of employees and population in the areas of operations in general, including protection from the influence of anthropogenic and technogenic factors. The mechanisms of social responsibility, ways to improve the level of health and ensure an adequate environmental quality in the regions of presence of large enterprises-nature users are examined. The author analyzed and mapped the incidence and mortality of the population of working age by level of anthropogenic load on the territory. Findings and analysis data given in the article may be of interest to students, postgraduates and teachers of economic specialties.
